What a night it was, this past Monday for our Three-Course Beer Pairing Dinner with the Ommegang Brewery!  Thank you to everyone who was in attendance.  We’re going to do another one real soon!

Just a reminder that Uncorked is proud to being offering a series of weekly wine classes. Call 860-216-2620 for info on the next class.

Each class will have a unique theme, and feature five world-class, handpicked wines. The first class’s theme will be “The World of Chardonnay”, where we’ll delve into the various styles of the often enjoyed (and often misunderstood) noble varietal. Attendees can expect to learn about, and taste some very special examples of Chardonnay!

Reservations are STRONGLY encouraged for the class, due the extremely high level of interest there has been for wine classes here at Uncorked. To secure your spot (and perhaps to also make your Mother’s Day reservations!), call us anytime after 3PM, seven days a week. Please note that you’ll need a credit card to hold the reservation. The cost of most classes is $25-$30, all-inclusive.
