Uncorked: The Wine Tasting Bistro is a full-service wine bar and restaurant, offering a wine tasting experience unlike any other you've had.

Uncorked offers 68 wines by the glass, on demand, every day – which is hard to find in a restaurant or wine bar as it is!  But it’s our innovative and exciting “WineStation” technology that allows us to offer our guests an experience and selection that virtually no one else can.  With WineStation, all of our wines by the glass are stored in an oxygen-free and temperature controlled environment. The result is that we’ve extended the life of an open bottle 20 times over what is possible with a traditional hand-poured “by-the-glass” program.  What this means for our guests is that they will be able to choose from a vast variety, including some of the world’s greatest wines - which other establishments simply cannot afford to offer. 

Perhaps even more exciting is that all of our wines in the WineStation can be poured as a 1oz taste, a 3oz half-glass, or a full 6oz glass.  These pours are 100% automated - a feature of the WineStation technology.  So you're guaranteed to get exactly the amount of wine you want, every pour!  As our guest, we are happy to delivery wines directly to you at your seat, or we also welcome you to interact with our Wine Experts right at the WineStations, where you can see every bottle and experience our wines in more of a "tasting room" environment.

Uncorked proudly offers a full Contemporary American Seasonal menu consisting of an array of truly innovative dishes created by Executive Chef Steven Morron.  We practice compassionate consumption whenever possible, and so we seek out organic and responsibly farmed meats and produce - from local farms whenever possible.  Uncorked also offers an extensive selection of artisinal cheeses, meats and charcuterie, as well as chocolates, all specifically chosen to pair in exciting and delicious ways with our many wine offerings.
